Q: How soon can calls begin?

A: It will take one to two weeks to discuss project goals, develop talking points, and nail down a prospecting list to call from, but we also understand that for some of our clients, time is essential, and we strive to accommodate those with urgent needs accordingly.

Q: Where does the call list come from?

A: The preferred method is to use a list that you have developed internally. If you’ve recently and consistently worked from a targeted list where certain contact info has been established in your targeted region, such as the decision maker’s name, and if you’ve executed any previous marketing campaigns, then you can expect better, faster, and more numerous quality leads! Direct mail, trade shows, and other sources can contribute to a stronger in-house prospecting list. For those without an established targeted list, MarketReach can purchase a list on your behalf from our list brokers, which shall contain valuable information on each company such as employee size, industry heading and owner name. You may also want to consider industry trade lists, which tend to cost a bit more, but may be well worth it.

Q: What kind of contact management system does MarketReach use?

A: We use Quickbase, which is a customized contact management solution that we have perfected over time. You will get the most out of MarketReach resources if your list is delivered to us electronically, in Microsoft Excel format. We then import this list into our CM solution. However, in the case where our client has a “hot” list on hard copy paper, we are willing and able to work manually with no sacrifice of quantity or quality of leads. It also may be possible to integrate and/or utilize our client’s contact management system if they have an existing prospect management program.

Q: How much do MarketReach services cost?

A: Each campaign varies in cost depending on what your needs are. Do you need outbound sales calls made? List qualification? Training? A direct mail campaign prior to calls made?
